I have set up a woocommerce <> unleashed integration (based on your great wizard), but I'm not getting dummy orders/customers pulled through. All the APIs are correct - could you take a look and see where we are going wrong, please?
It looks like your WooCommerce is not sending any requests to DSYNC when a new order is created. I have checked the debug route of the link (https://api.dsync.com/u_debug/job/) and can see that the webhooks were correctly created by our connector inside your WooCommerce on the initial wizard setup. However cannot see any subsequent requests which would come out of Woo and into DSYNC.
WooCommerce lets you view all webhook requests which have been made. Depending on the version of WooCommerce, these can be found either under WooCommerce > Settings > API > Webhooks (viewing/editing a webhook shows logs at the bottom of each webhook page), or in newer version of Woo under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. If you are unable to find any webhook request logs made into DSYNC then there is an issue sending webhooks from your WooCommerce. In older versions webhooks were tight to crons in Wordpress - we found with few other clients that when they enabled crons on their servers webhooks started firing.
I also noticed that the WooCommerce connector settings in your DSYNC account has the optional basic authentication filled in (user API). Your site does not seem to have basic authentication enabled so the username/password in the Woo settings is most likely not required. Learn more about DSYNC integration
