We refunded a product "XYZ Bottle" in Shopify and it doesn't reflect in Revel. The correct inventory should be 160 in both?
Refunds and cancellations are bit tricky. We do have a settings on the Revel system in DSYNC which allows you to update orders but any update to an existing order voids current items and adds them to the order again. This should take care of the inventory however will be messy when displaying an order in Revel.
Also, there is no mechanism in Revel to update orders at POS Stations. Once the order is created it cannot be updated from Revel cloud servers - anything we push as an update to Revel will be reflected only in the Revel dashboard.
