Can it handle exceptions? For example: there is 1 row where the provided data is not in the expected format, will the data transfer/transformation drop or will it just skip that 1 row and move on to the next one?
Depending on the setup – if it’s a batch (Excel, CSV, etc) and batch splitter is used then all rows are processed as single jobs therefore only the invalid row fails. In general, if you configure and endpoint for certain data layout and send a different layout into it the DSYNC app will fail the job as there wouldn’t be any source (incoming data not matched to source data layout). If there is at least one field mapped correctly which gets in as a source the row will go through – also depends on actual fields within the row as you may set different validation rules per data layout field.
