This document will help guide you through setting up the Zoho CRM to Xero template.
This template will sync Zoho CRM contacts and products to Xero.
The following fields will be transferred when using this template, the fields can be modified after the template has been setup.

Requirements before starting,
- You will need to know your Zoho server domain, Either Default (crm.zoho.com), European ( crm.zoho.eu) or Indian (crm.zoho.in). If it is not in the list please contact Dsync support.
- You will also need a Token for authorization.Click here for help on generating a Token.
- You will require an admin account with access to Xero.
How To Setup The Template
Select the blue Integration button found in the top right corner of the Dsync dashboard and select Use template then select an empty space on the Dsync dashboard.
An Add integration menu will appear with a list of templates to select from, type zoho in the top search bar to view all available templates for Zoho, select the Zoho CRM > Xero template.
Select the blue ADD THIS INTEGRATION button.

You will now need to add in the settings for the Zoho CRM API,
Select your Zoho server domain and enter in your Token.

A Xero authorization screen will appear during the template creation process,
Select Open System Settings,
Select the Authorization Settings tab then select AUTHORIZE CONNECTION,
The Xero login screen will appear where you will be required to login and then select Allow access.
You will now be taken back to the Dsync dashboard with the Zoho CRM and Xero endpoints created and links created for contacts and products.
Syncing Schedule Setup
Next step is to configure the sync schedule by configuring the CRON Period Settings.
Select Contacts on the Zoho CRM endpoint, on the right side of the Dsync dashboard you will be able to configure the CRON Period Settings for Zoho CRM.
Under CRON Period Settings select Enable then select Add,
This will display the CRON PERIOD SETTINGS schedule to be setup, select Add once you have configured your schedule then select Save Settings below.
This will change the link from gray to green when selected indicating that the sync schedule has been successfully configured, if the link appears orange then the Authorisation has fail for the setup of the CRON events. When the link is not selected it will be highlighted blue.
You will need to repeat this process for the products sync schedule.
Testing The Setup
Create a new Contact within Zoho CRM,
On the Dsync dashboard select the tick found in the middle of the Contacts link to view the Job details,
At the bottom you will see a history list of all syncs that are stored within the logs, each success full contact that has been synced will be indicated with Success while all failed syncs will be indicated with Failed . To troubleshoot why a sync has failed select More then select Logs .
A new tab will open containing the error logs of the failed sync.
This log contains two issues with the failed sync that are explained within the Message section.
Updating the Contact within Zoho CRM to contain the correct Name and Email will will trigger it to be synced in the next schedule sync process.
