Yes, but there are limitations.
Let's start off by explaining the type of variants. You can have Multiple Single Products and Single Configurable Products.
What are Multiple Single Products?
Multiple Single Products are variants created as complete seperate products, which are not grouped under a parent product.
For example, a shirt with different sizes and colours would be listed as seperate products with all possible size and colour combinations that are available:
- SHIRT "L" Blue
- SHIRT "M" Green
- SHIRT "S" Red
What is a Single Configurable Product
A Single Configurable Product is a main parent product with variant child products within it.
For example, "Shirt" would be the parent product, and then it's variants would be its child products listed within it:
- "L" Blue
- "M" Green
- "S" Red
What DSYNC can do for you
If you are sending product information from a system such as Shopify or WooCommerce to Revel, then the one-way synchronisation is possible.
However, if you want product information to go from Revel to another system, then you must ensure that there are Multiple Single Products on both ends.
This means each variant needs to be a separate product with it’s own SKU, and the SKUs need to match on both ends too.
This is because Revel does not have Single Configurable Products - variations in Revel are listed as seperate products in their own right rather than sitting as child products under a parent product.
