This will happen if you already had existing adverts before the synchronisation was installed.
You will need to perform a mass update on your linked platform so that the changes can be seen in Marketplacer.
A simple way to do this on most available platforms is to deactivate all products and then activate them again.
This will trigger the DSYNC system to push changes through to Marketplacer, which will then reflect all current product information and images.
