In some cases, this may be caused by the configuration within the settings section. When setting up please help to ensure you have selected (checked) the Authentication on both endpoints. Please also remember to enter your password. If you select either of the API endpoints you’ve set up and look at the right-side bar under AUTHENTICATION section, the password field is required.
When you enter a password for the authentication the job/relation (the line connecting both systems) will go green at which point you will be able to run your job.
