Our system works with both real time data and batch/scheduled data.
What is real time data?
Real time data includes one-to-one endpoints such as Products, Product Images, Inventory, Sales Order, Purchase order, Customer and Shipping. When any of these endpoints are updated on our system, the data is automatically updated in real time across all other connected systems.
What is batch and scheduled data?
Batch data endpoints includes batch inventory, batch pricing and batch product updaters. This type of data can be updated manually or can be scheduled. You can manually update batch data by uploading a data file (using FTP for example) onto the system, in which the changes will be reflected on all other connected systems in real time. Scheduled data will still require a batch data file upload, but is then updated in regular intervals depending on the setting chosen (every minute, every hour etc), in which DSYNC will retrieve that data and reflect the changes on all other connected systems within the time frames specified.
