Are you noticing sometimes orders from Woocommerce are not going through? As we work with many woocommerce sites we have discovered after some investigation that sometimes WooCommerce does note not send the webhook at all. The last web-hook sent to us was when the order was in ‘processing’ status, no update (webhook) was sent out when the order switched to ‘completed’ status.
It is best to check the internal WooCommerce webhook logs as well as our logs which match.
Your webhook logs: yoururlcom/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=api§ion=webhooks&edit-webhook=6030&log_page=1#webhook-logs
From there you can check to see that webhooks sent to DSYNC
Unfortunately in this case we cannot do anything as it is your WooCommerce not sending the updates to DSYNC.
Solution: There is something wrong with the webhooks and I would suggest talking to your WooCommerce developers if they can find out why Woocommerce is not sending the webhook across to DSYNC.
In the meantime, you may need to re-save these manually to trigger the webhook.
