Q. An error occurred while trying to synchronize endpoints?
A. Sometimes this error may occur if you have accidentally selected the "SYNCHRONIZE" button from within DSYNC; a button in the right sidebar which can be pushed. This button does not transfer data from one system to another. It's sole purpose is to fetch data into DSYNC from connected systems and pair these via the shared key.
To test connections between your systems which you have added using the Wizard, you need to either make changes in your source system (go to your source system and create a new customer, order or any other entity depending on your connection, or update an existing one.) or set up a schedule on the source endpoint.
