Inventory not updating on Revel Point of Sale integration? As Revel has a daily API limit DSYNC has the ability to set a schedule for the jobs to run at a designated time. We call this a cron schedule. The inventory sync is set to run at a nominated time example once an hour which means you may get discrepancies between the two systems in that time period.
Users can adjust as required however one thing to note - DSYNC have had issues with others using Revel as there's certain limit of calls you can make to Revel API (I believe it's 1000 calls per day) and if you reach that limit no sync will happen for the rest of the day. Many successful point of sale integrations set inventory sync to 15 minute intervals.
